Oh wow.. I totally thought I posted a link to the pictures a long time ago. sh*t! haha.

Gencon 2008 Pictures

I put them all on my Myspace. So.. there's the link to the folder of pics.

Gold: The 'con was for board games, card games, D&D, Artists, and a little bit of video games. They had a huge Halo 3 tournament there, but I was playing in the National Championships for the World of Warcraft card game when it started >.<.... I got to catch the last two or three rounds of the tournament, and the players were really bad. =/.. Honestly probably could of top 4'ed that easily.

They had tournaments for basically every single game you could think of. Monopoly, Apples to Apples and sh*t like Mortans List (i think that' spelled right anyway). I spent most of my time either wondering around the 12,000 booths they had setup and playing in tournaments I qualified for, otherwise I would of had a lot more pictured =P. Really wanted to go to the other building and go through the real life dungeon crawl where you actually go through this huge ass dungeon that's life size, ha ha. That and I missed out on the upstairs. They had a entire 1500 person event room dedicated to people playing D&D and after 8pm only adults were allowed in because they had the entire room dressed up to look like a Tavern. So you could just kick it, get drunk with mugs of "ale" and roll some dice. lol.

Overall I think I only saw less than half the sh*t that was going on, but I had one hell of a time. Going to try to go again this year, all depends on how much money me and my team wins from tournaments for funding.
